Spring mist at the ATELIER

On the evening of Sunday, April 13th, 2025, 20 guests were transported into a world where art, nature, and gastronomy seamlessly intertwined. Set within the ethereal glow of Erica Tanov’s ATELIER in Berkeley, Spring Mist at the Atelier unfolded as an unforgettable 11-course tasting journey from chef. joshua Lrgrand complete with thoughtfully curated wine pairings by Joseph DiGrigoli.

Inspired by Spring and by Hannah Franco’s evocative Broken Dishes series, the evening moved like a dream-each course a delicate brushstroke, every pour a melodic note. Crisp champagne greeted guests at the door, the air alive with gentle melodies drifting from the parlor. Amanda Akoto-legrans’s tablescape adorned with florals, sea grass, and pearlescent shells captured the essence of spring and the sea.

As stories were shared and flavors lingered, the night blossomed into something far beyond a dinner-it became a celebration of season, creativity, and connection.
